HOME NURSING
1. Leonard’s wife has just passed away. He was very traumatised and has been lying in bed for a month. Pressure sores have grown on the back of his legs, and he has very serious diabetes due to prolonged consumption of sugary food.
2. Mr Tan, 65, is suffering from diabetes. He is living alone. Yesterday, he accidentally cut himself. Give advices to let him know how to take care of himself.
3. Mrs Lim, 50, is suffering from diabetes. She injured her leg. Her daughter hopes to know more about her mother’s condition.
4. Mr Lim, 55, suffers gout on his left knee. He is living with his wife.
5. Mary, an 8-year-old child, has just been discharged from the hospital. She had suffered from H1N1 from sharing food with friends. Her mother took leave for 2 weeks to take care of her. Give advices to Mary and her mother on prevention of H1N1.
FIRST AID
1. A and his friends were playing near Sentosa beach. Suddenly, a wave came and swept A away.
2. A robbery happened at A’s mansion. The robber had stabbed A in the chest area and ran away with the valuables. B, the maid, witnessed the scene and started twitching.
3. During the Youth Olympic Games 2055, a javelin was thrown and it hit A through the abdomen. B, a spectator, fell and hit his face at the edge of the chair.
